Chapter1
Recite in the name of your Lord who created 2Created man from a clinging substance 3Recite, and your Lord is the most Generous 4Who taught by the pen 5Taught man that which he knew not 6No! [But] indeed, man transgresses 7Because he sees himself self-sufficient 8Indeed, to your Lord is the return 9Have you seen the one who forbids 10A servant when he prays 11Have you seen if he is upon guidance 12Or enjoins righteousness 13Have you seen if he denies and turns away 14Does he not know that Allah sees 15No! If he does not desist, We will surely drag him by the forelock 16A lying, sinning forelock 17Then let him call his associates 18We will call the angels of Hell 19No! Do not obey him. But prostrate and draw near [to Allah]
1ٱقۡرَأۡ بِٱسۡمِ رَبِّكَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ 2خَلَقَ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ مِنۡ عَلَقٍ 3ٱقۡرَأۡ وَرَبُّكَ ٱلۡأَكۡرَمُ 4ٱلَّذِي عَلَّمَ بِٱلۡقَلَمِ 5عَلَّمَ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ مَا لَمۡ يَعۡلَمۡ 6كَلَّآ إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ لَيَطۡغَىٰٓ 7أَن رَّءَاهُ ٱسۡتَغۡنَىٰٓ 8إِنَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ ٱلرُّجۡعَىٰٓ 9أَرَءَيۡتَ ٱلَّذِي يَنۡهَىٰ 10عَبۡدًا إِذَا صَلَّىٰٓ 11أَرَءَيۡتَ إِن كَانَ عَلَى ٱلۡهُدَىٰٓ 12أَوۡ أَمَرَ بِٱلتَّقۡوَىٰٓ 13أَرَءَيۡتَ إِن كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّىٰٓ 14أَلَمۡ يَعۡلَم بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَرَىٰ 15كَلَّا لَئِن لَّمۡ يَنتَهِ لَنَسۡفَعَۢا بِٱلنَّاصِيَةِ 16نَاصِيَةٖ كَٰذِبَةٍ خَاطِئَةٖ 17فَلۡيَدۡعُ نَادِيَهُۥ 18سَنَدۡعُ ٱلزَّبَانِيَةَ 19كَلَّا لَا تُطِعۡهُ وَٱسۡجُدۡۤ وَٱقۡتَرِب۩
